Little Local Cookbooks

Each beautifully illustrated cookbook in this series is a love letter—to an inspiring place and the quintessential dishes you’ll find there.

We conceived, developed, and produced this series of pocket-size books to celebrate regional food. Aimed at tourists and locals alike, each “little local” book acts as both cookbook and travel guide, spotlighting that region’s iconic landmarks alongside its classic dishes. Written by regional experts with years of experience, these charming books allow readers to travel around the country—in small bites!—without ever leaving their own kitchens.

Our goal was to create a regional book series with a distinct look and format at an affordable price point. Illustrator Courtney Jenzten created beautiful images for each location which we leveraged into a visual brand strategy.
